She belonged to a family that had for generations safeguarded the secret art of perfumery, using herbs, resins, and oils sourced from Dominica’s lush terrain. Through their union, Aviretti Virelli was welcomed into a world few outsiders ever saw, and he was entrusted with the family’s sacred knowledge of island scent-making.

Combining her ancestral wisdom with his refined business acumen, they founded what would become the House of Aviretti Virelli, a name synonymous with excellence, elegance, and soul.

Their first triumph was the now-iconic Bay Rum: a bold yet refined blend of West Indian bay leaf, Caribbean rum, citrus peel, and spice. But the house quickly grew into something far more than a perfumery.

From its atelier in Dominica’s bustling capital, Aviretti Virelli became the island’s premier luxury destination, known for offering only the finest:
